On July 25, a motorist's black Honda Fit car was allegedly scratched at Ukai Business Centre in Nairobi's Upper Hill area.
Rael Masika, the accused, appeared before Magistrate Francis Andayi on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Magistrate ordered that the case be heard on August 17 and released the accused on a Ksh. 30,000 cash bail.
