On 30 July 2019, a video surfaced showing Willy Paul, a Kenyan singer, threatening to pull out his gun after a heated confrontation with an unknown man over a parking space.

According to eyewitnesses, Willy Paul left his car and approached the unknown man, who had allegedly taken his parking space. The singer then attempted to pull out his gun, sparking a confrontation with a group of people who intervened to stop him.

“Boss si umeniattack ndio nakuuliza tukipigana risasi hapa kuna shida?” Willy Paul is heard saying in the video, which translates to 'Is this not a matter of art? I am asking if we should fight with guns here?'

Willy Paul later shouted at the onlookers to stop recording him, as the altercation continued.

This incident comes just days after Willy Paul shared a picture of a gun on his Instagram page, captioning it 'I LOVE TOYS' before deleting it.

Willy Paul has been involved in several controversies in the past, including a video that went viral in October 2018, showing him hitting a woman. He later claimed that the incident was part of a scene in his upcoming reality TV show.
