President Uhuru Kenyatta has expressed his deep sadness over the passing of Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso, describing her as an outstanding and courageous servant leader.

Laboso, 58, died of cancer at Nairobi Hospital on an unspecified date, after returning from the UK where she had sought specialized treatment.
