July 29, 2019, marked a significant milestone for Java House Group as it unveiled its 65th branch on Mbagathi Way in Nairobi, Kenya. This expansion is a testament to the company's commitment to its regional and international growth strategy.

With a presence in three countries (Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda) and 14 cities in East Africa, Java House Group continues to revolutionize the coffee culture in the region. Since its inception in 1999, the company has been at the forefront of influencing gourmet coffee culture in East Africa.

Java House Group's strategic approach focuses on building robust value chains, ensuring that the company captures the full value of East African coffee. By driving local consumption of its premium coffee, the company aims to reduce the export of bulk raw coffee to global markets.

According to Java House Chief Executive Officer, Paul Smith, 'We are pleased to be opening yet another branch. Our goal is to bring the Java House experience closer to our guests who we consider family.'

The company single-handedly roasts about a thousand kilograms of coffee a day and serves about eight thousand cups of coffee daily. Java House Group brands include Java House, 360 Degrees, and Planet Yogurt.
