Wahu, who has two daughters, has declared her mission to lose weight and has started a workout challenge that involves her family.
According to Wahu, the workout challenge consists of two main components: working out for 100 days, five days a week, and avoiding wheat for 40 days.
Wahu, who has previously worked out for health purposes, has now returned to it and is determined to make it a habit. She has already lost a kilogram in just a week.
Speaking to Word Is, Wahu revealed that her husband, Nameless, has a sweet tooth but is willing to take up the challenge. However, Wahu notes that Nameless has an advantage due to his natural fit body.
Wahu also shared that her workout routine is not just about physical fitness but also spiritual nourishment. She spends one hour working out and uses the time to listen to preaching and spend time with God.
Wahu's advice to her fans is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and train their families to do the same. She notes that it requires discipline but is essential for overall well-being.
