On July 25th, Fairmont The Norfolk in Nairobi kicked off the African Art Exhibition Week, a celebration of African culture and art. The event, themed 'African Inspirations,' is curated by Lisa Chistoffersen and showcases rare and valuable tribal art available for purchase.

The exhibition is held at the hotel's Cin Cin Lounge and features a diverse collection of paintings, carvings, and artifacts that highlight Kenya's rich cultural heritage. The event also provides an opportunity for local artists to showcase their work and connect with art enthusiasts.

According to Axel Hauser, General Manager of Fairmont The Norfolk, 'The importance of art in preserving the culture of a society cannot be overlooked. That is why we are hosting this event; to showcase different works of art that communicate diverse aspects of our life and society.'

The African Art Exhibition Week will run until August 4th, offering guests a unique chance to experience and appreciate the beauty of African art.
