The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) has confirmed that the family of the deceased has been informed, and a thorough investigation is underway in collaboration with relevant authorities.
According to KCAA Director General Gilbert, counselling sessions have been initiated for the staff who were on duty with the deceased and those affected, to help them cope with the loss and grief.
