Kenyan musician Diamond Platnumz has responded to allegations by his ex-partner Zari Hassan that he has neglected their two children, Tiffah and Nillan, for nine months.
According to Zari, Diamond has not communicated with their children in nine months, contradicting an earlier Instagram post by Diamond showing screenshots of a FaceTime call with the kids.
However, Diamond claims that he did speak with the kids, albeit briefly, when his uncle called him at a birthday party and he was with his other child, Dylan, whom he sired with Hamisa Mobetto.
‘I haven’t talked to Naseeb in nine months. He hasn’t seen nor spoken to his kids in nine months so for him to come out to say he recently reached out to them is a lie,’ Zari told Millard Ayo.
Diamond responded by saying, ‘The issue of kids doesn’t bother me anymore nowadays. When parents separate a lot of issues arise, especially with the kids, but with time everything is settled.’
