On her lifestyle site Poosh, reality star Kourtney Kardashian has shared a recipe for a keto diet-friendly cauliflower pizza crust that's low in carbs and high in cheese.

According to a post on her site, Kourtney has been following the keto diet for three weeks and has found creative ways to make her favorite foods keto-friendly.

The cauliflower pizza crust recipe, shared by Kourtney's friend and chef Sara Motamedi, is made with grated cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt.

For toppings, Kourtney piles her pizza high with different types of cheese, basil, olive oil, and cracked pepper.

"...when I did the keto diet, I was very strict six days a week and my cheat day was on Sundays," Kourtney shared on her site, explaining her approach to the keto diet.

When it's not a cheat day, Kourtney doubles-down on her keto diet and curbs cravings with smart hacks, such as making tea to keep her hands and mouth busy.
