Kiss 100 radio host Caroline Mutoko honored women featured in the Top 40 Under 40 list by presenting each with a bottle of Amarula.

The list includes notable women such as Kenya Airways captain Irene Mutungi, musician Muthoni Drummer Queen, athlete Lornah Kiplagat, model Malaika Firth, and actress Lupita Nyong'o.
According to Caroline Mutoko, this gesture was a way of paying it forward after she was named in the Business Daily's Top 40 Under 40 two years prior. She shared photos of the bottles before they were sent out, along with a message explaining her actions:
"2 years ago, when I was named in the Business Daily’s Top40 Under40, I was blessed to have people who celebrated & congratulated me. Sooo, when the 2014 Top 40 under 40 were named in June, it was my turn to pay it forward and celebrate them. I have a bottle of Amarula for each of them to celebrate with their friends, buuutttt…..filling out the names on the tags is tricky since the person with the full list in CBD couldn’t go to jobo today:-("
