Actress Anne Hathaway is expecting her second child with husband Adam Shulman, and has shared a heartfelt message about her journey with infertility.

On July 24, 2019, Hathaway announced her pregnancy on Instagram with a black-and-white photo of her growing bump. In the caption, she joked that her second child was not for a movie, but quickly got real about her experience with infertility.

'For everyone going through infertility and conception hell, please know it was not a straight line to either of my pregnancies,' Hathaway wrote. 'Sending you extra love.'

Hathaway and Shulman were married in 2012 and welcomed their first child, Jonathan Rosebanks, in March 2016. The couple is now expecting their second child, with Hathaway's due date still a mystery.

Infertility is a common struggle for many couples, and Hathaway's message of support and love is a reminder that they are not alone.
