A Kenyan court has sentenced seven officials of the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Union (KMPDU) to one month in jail. Judge Hellen Wasilwa of the Milimani Law Courts delivered the ruling on February 13.
The KMPDU officials were found guilty of failing to call off the ongoing doctors' strike.
