British rock band Muse has announced the upcoming release of their seventh studio album, titled 'Drones', along with a corresponding tour.
The album, which explores themes of science fiction and political unease, is set to be released on June 8, according to lead singer Matt Bellamy.
Bellamy described the concept behind the album, stating:
To me, 'Drones' are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behaviour with no recourse. The world is run by Drones utilising Drones to turn us all into Drones.
