Actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is known for his dedication to fitness, and his workout facilities are a testament to that commitment. Dubbed 'Iron Paradise,' these gyms are a staple of his fitness routine, and he's just added a new one to his collection.
Located on his family's farm in rural Virginia, the new gym is situated on protected Civil War land, which Johnson believes imbues the space with a unique energy. In an Instagram video, he shared a tour of the facility, saying, 'Here's a peek at my new Iron Paradise I built out here in the country on my Virginia farm. My property is on protected Civil War land, so the mana & spirits you feel out here can be quite powerful. Always makes for great??? workouts.'
Johnson has a history of taking his gym with him wherever he goes, including a 50,000-pound setup he brought to the Hawaiian jungle while filming Jungle Cruise and Hobbs & Shaw. If you want to train like The Rock, but don't have access to a sprawling farm, you can still incorporate exercises like rope tricep pressdowns, plank shoulder taps, and dumbbell shrugs into your workout routine.
