A 26-year-old single mother was arrested after allegedly killing her one-month-old twin boys in Uhuru estate, Eastlands, using a kitchen knife to slit their throats, according to police.
Buruburu police DCIO Jeremiah Ikao said the incident may be linked to postnatal depression, which investigators suspect the woman was suffering from.
