A man in Nairobi is facing a lawsuit after a sex worker accused him of chopping off her ear. According to the plaintiff, Sarah Wangui, the defendant, Richard Kamuti, was a regular client. Wangui alleged that Kamuti attacked her, cutting off her ear, and accused her of having "lost her sweetness".
The case is based on allegations made by Wangui against Kamuti.
