A customer, Mark Bichachi, claims to have purchased a Daima Yogurt from Naivas Supermarket, only to discover it was spoiled.
According to Bichachi, when he attempted to return the unopened yogurt, Naivas Supermarket refused to accept it.
Bichachi expressed his dissatisfaction on social media, stating: "I would like to sincerely thank @naivas and @daima yoghurt for the rust flavoured yoghurt. Keep it up, because you just lost one customer and the rest that will view this. And yes Naivas refused to taken it back though it had not been opened".
