Raila Odinga, the CORD leader, has stated that his son Fidel Odinga did not die a natural death.

During Fidel’s requiem mass at the Jomo Kenyatta Sports Ground in Kisumu, Raila expressed that his son showed no signs of illness before his passing.

Raila said,

Fidel did not die a natural death. We are looking forward to a report on investigations into his death as promised by the Government yesterday (Thursday).

Raila also mentioned that Fidel’s death might be the start of something else and emphasized the need to remain steadfast, though he provided no further details.
