NTV Sports Reporter Seth Olale witnessed an accident involving a truck and a 14-seater matatu at a major roundabout in Nairobi's CBD.

According to Olale, the truck hit the matatu, which was headed to Kibera, and overturned. The truck driver fled the scene without stopping.

Olale stated, "Friends, God is Merciful. About 30 minutes ago... a hit & run truck hit a matatu... which overturned. The truck driver didn’t bother to stop but fled."

Olale rushed two severely injured victims to the Kenyatta National Hospital. One of the victims, Mr. Nelson Wambua, was left unconscious after severe bleeding. Another victim suffered a broken leg.

Olale shared his experience on social media, saying, "I brought him & another victim who broke his leg to Kenyatta Hospital Accident emergency wing, who acted swiftly. I can see other passengers I left now arriving at the hospital. Let’s pray for them, & at the same time ask God to protect His people."

The recovered account cited reporting by Mpasho.
