The day finally came when Tukuza’s official disc jockey, DJ Krowbar, and host, Kendi Ashitava, would bid goodbye to Tukuza, a show that has reached millions since its inception five years ago.
The season’s finale, which took place at JCC Parklands, saw fans send in their tributes for Kendi and Krowbar and applaud them for their various roles in transforming lives and bringing people to Christ.
Speaking in a recent interview, DJ Krowbar said that he was quitting Tukuza to concentrate on TV production as well as give an opportunity to younger DJs to grow.
According to a reliable source, the show will now be steered by Anthony Ndiema alone.
The duo will surely be missed by their fans, and they are wished the best in their future endeavors.
