Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi announced the 2015 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination results.
According to Matiangi, the overall performance showed a significant reduction in mean scores for public schools, while private schools saw improvement.
Unlike previous years, the top-performing students were not publicly announced during the release of the exam results.
Candidates can obtain their KCPE results by sending their index number to the shortcode 22252.
