A man allegedly killed his 50-year-old wife, Christine Mmbone, on Christmas Day at Shamberere village in Kakamega county. The reason behind the killing was reportedly due to her failure to prepare a chicken meal for the celebrations.
According to reports, neighbors found Christine Mmbone's body in her home after her husband, Daniel Shimoli, had allegedly hacked her and left her for dead.
