A rare medical condition known as prolactinoma affects a small number of people worldwide, according to the World Health Organization (W.H.O). In Kenya, over 5,000 individuals are reported to suffer from this condition.

Prolactinoma causes men to develop enlarged breasts that produce milk. One such individual, Francis Gichuru, was visited by reporter Grace Kuria.
