Police are investigating possible links between Nairobi County officers and the murder of land dealer Paul Ngugi Kariuki, who was killed on Forest Road.
According to the statement, Paul Ngugi Kariuki was shot 15 times while driving his Mercedes Benz home on Wednesday midnight. He died upon arrival at the Aga Khan Hospital. A woman accompanying him was injured in the chin and taken to the hospital.
The incident occurred when another car blocked their path near a petrol station, and gunmen fired bullets into their vehicle. Notably, the attackers did not take any belongings from the victims. Police found various documents, including title deeds, in the car at the scene.
