A woman from Mukunike village in Kangundo sub-county, Machakos has been arrested for allegedly being sexually involved with a class seven pupil.
The woman, a vegetable vendor in the area, is also accused of infecting the 14-year-old boy with gonorrhea and syphilis.
According to the statement, the suspect allegedly lured the boy using money, which made him leave his parents to go and live with her for three weeks.
