Sobrino Valdeci Picanto, a 59-year-old evangelical pastor from Brazil, was arrested in Apore, Goiás, for allegedly raping several women attending his church.
According to reports, Picanto convinced his followers that his penis contained 'sacred milk' and that oral sex was a way to preach the word and receive the 'divine milk of the Holy Spirit'.
A follower stated, 'He convinced us that only God could come into our lives through the mouth.' The follower also claimed that after worship, Picanto would ask them to perform oral sex on him until he ejaculated, supposedly allowing the Holy Spirit to deliver funds to the church.
Picanto allegedly told his followers that his penis had been consecrated with 'divine semen of the Holy Spirit' and that he had an encounter with Jesus in a brothel, where he received a mission to spread the 'sacred semen' throughout the state.
Delegate Denise Pinheiro reported that Picanto was caught 'rubbing his penis in the face of a local merchant,' who believed the act would increase sales in her business due to the 'divine liquid'.
