A recent study examined the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and male sexual performance.
Premature ejaculation is a common issue affecting many couples seeking longer-lasting sexual encounters.
Study Findings ¶
Researchers at Erciyes University in Kayseri, Turkey, conducted a year-long study correlating BMI with sexual performance in men.
The study found that overweight men, or those with higher BMIs, lasted approximately five minutes longer during sex compared to their thinner counterparts.
The study surveyed 200 men and found that those with higher BMIs lasted an average of 7.3 minutes, while thinner men typically lasted around two minutes and were more prone to premature ejaculation.
