Residents of Mariakani Estate are seeking an investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission into the actions of Moyale MP Roba Duba regarding the transfer of their estate to a provident fund.
According to members of the Mariakani Estate Welfare Association, they are finalizing a petition to request the investigation.
The residents allege that Mr. Duba signed the transfer of the estate more than eight months after his resignation as the town clerk of the then City Council of Nairobi.
