Last Sunday, Deputy President William Ruto was driven to church by his son Nick in a German-made Audi, without the usual security detail.

Ruto, accompanied by his son and other politicians affiliated with the Jubilee party, attended a church service at Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) in Karen.

During the outing, the Deputy President also stopped at a fuel station, where he paid Kes 3000 to refuel the Audi his son was driving.

Later, Ruto joined other politicians, including Johnson Sakaja, Dagoretti South MP Dennis Waweru, and nominated senator Joy Gwendo, at Club Jojen in Dagoreti Corner to celebrate Moses Kuria’s birthday.

The recovered account cited reporting by Ghafla.
