Kenya's Harambee Stars are gearing up for a challenging start to their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers campaign, with an away trip against Egypt scheduled for the first match.
According to the draw, Kenya has been grouped alongside Egypt, Comoros Islands, and Togo in Group G of the competition qualifiers.
Kenya's first and second round of group stage matches will be played back-to-back between Monday, November 11, and Tuesday, November 19.
After the Egypt test, Sebastien Migne's men will take on Togo and Comoros in Nairobi, before travelling to the island nation for the reverse tie.
Kenya will afterwards host Egypt for match day five, before they finish off the qualifiers with a tricky away trip to Togo.
Kenya's last win against Egypt came in 1979, and the team will be seeking to seal a place in the 2021 tournament for the second time in a row, having broken a 15-year jinx to participate in the 2019 edition held in Egypt.
They went on to finish third in Group C that included tournament finalists Senegal and Algeria.
