An international insurance company is looking for a Group Head Agency Network Manager to implement its agency distribution strategy in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and should possess a strong combination of sales, business acumen, marketing, leadership, and strategy breadth.
Requirements ¶
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in sales and at least 10 years in the financial services, FMCG, or telecoms industry
- Experience in building a high-performance team and managing business operations
- Comprehensive experience in creating business development procedures, service standards, operational policies, and guidelines
- Proficiency in managing insurance operations and a proven track record of rolling out an agency network or managing a large agency workforce
