Kenyan actor Melvin Alusa represented the country in the Big Brother Africa competition, following the elimination of Sabina Stadler. However, his time in the house was short-lived, as he was eliminated just a week later.
In an interview after his elimination, Alusa stated that being a family man held him back from engaging in certain behaviors exhibited by other contestants.
Alusa is married with children.
