An Administration Police officer has been recognized by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) for outstanding performance after disarming a suspect armed with two pistols.
Chief Inspector Alphonse Nzova Mulinge, the AP Commandant for Viwandani, was filmed by Daily Nation’s Sammy Kimatu as he wrestled the suspect to the ground and disarmed him before two other officers joined him.
