The Tanzanian Beach Resort is looking to hire qualified professionals to fill various positions, including Maintenance Manager, Chief Accountant, Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, Executive Chef, Operations Manager, Tours Manager, Water Sports Manager, and Guest Relations Staff.
The Maintenance Manager should have good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, as well as experience with hotel water plants.
The Chief Accountant should have a degree in Finance or Commerce with financial management experience and a strong understanding of relevant systems.
The Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant F&B Manager should hold a diploma or degree in hotel management and have experience in resort F&B cost controls.
The Executive Chef should have a Diploma or a degree in Hotel Management and experience in Resort F&B cost control.
The Operations Manager should have a diploma or a degree in hotel management with good experience in all aspects of hospitality administration.
The Tours Manager should have a degree or a diploma in tours and travel with experience in all aspects of Travel Agency operations.
The Water Sports Manager should have experience in handling water sports.
A Guest Relations Staff is also needed.
All positions require at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
