A road accident in Nakuru has claimed the lives of the wife, child, and cousin of Geoffrey Oriaro, a city lawyer who drowned in a swimming pool in Mombasa two weeks ago.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, coinciding with the week his funeral was scheduled to take place.
Geoffrey Oriaro was known for his successful petition to the National Assembly, which led to the removal of Mumo Matemu, the former chair of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), over concerns about the commission's effectiveness.
