The list, which was presented as a survey by an independent American firm, although the authenticity of this claim is unclear, includes several prominent women in Kenya.
Bensouda's pursuit of charges against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto at the ICC may have contributed to her ranking. Ambitho is listed due to her prediction that former Prime Minister Raila Odinga would win the last General election, which some perceived as inaccurate.
The list also mentions Kiss 100's Caroline Mutoko among others. However, the full list and its methodology remain unverified.
