The Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Kenya has announced tenders for several services, including the supply and installation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, a logo design competition, provision of medical cover and group personal accident insurance for TRA staff, and provision of a pension scheme for TRA staff.
According to the TRA, the tenders are open to eligible bidders and the applications can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Offices at the Utalii House, 4th Floor, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000/= for each tender. The tender documents can also be downloaded free of charge from the Tourism Authority website.

- TENDER No. TRA/RFP/1/2016-2018: Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

- TENDER No. TRA/RFP/3/2016-2018: Request for proposal for provision of medical cover and group personal accident insurance for TRA staff.
- TENDER No. TRA/RFP/4/2016-2018: Request for proposal for provision of pension scheme for TRA staff.
The closing date for the tenders is Monday, 13th March 2017 at 10.00 a.m. Completed tender documents should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of TRA Offices, 5TH Floor Utalii House Nairobi, or posted to the Director General, Tourism Regulatory Authority, P.O. Box 30027 -00100, Nairobi.

- Copy of Certificate of Business Registration/Incorporation
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA (Current)
- Copy of Current Single Business permit/Trade Licence
- Certificate of registration from relevant Regulatory Authority (IRA, RBA etc.).
- Company/Business Profile
- Bid bond for Tenders nos, 1, 3, & 4 of ksh 100,000 Valid for 60 days after tender closing date in form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by PPOA.
- Any other relevant supporting documents as may be specified in specific tender documents.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom, Utalii House 5th floor Nairobi. Late Tenders will be rejected.
