Maina Kageni, a radio personality from Classic 105, shared a personal story about being cursed by his mother due to her disappointment in his actions.
According to Maina Kageni, after completing his final exams at Laiser Hill School, his mother sent him to the UK for college. However, instead of pursuing his education, Maina worked as a truck driver and a fish distributor for a Chinese company.
His mother, believing he was studying, continued to send money for his education. When the time came for his supposed graduation, she traveled to the UK to surprise him, only to discover that he was not enrolled in college and would not be graduating.
This revelation led to his mother cursing him and warning him not to return to their home in Kenya. Months later, Maina returned home and secured his first radio job, eventually becoming one of the highest-earning media personalities in Kenya despite lacking a college education.
