A memorial concert is set to take place on Tuesday evening at the Freedom Corner in Uhuru Park, Nairobi, in honor of the victims of the Garissa University attack.
The event will also acknowledge the survivors of the April 2 incident.
Organizers have confirmed that several artists will perform during the concert, which is scheduled to run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The lineup includes Eric Wainaina, Juliani, Chris Adwar, Atemi, Hart the Band, Ayub Ogada, and Mutinda, among others.
Attendees are encouraged to bring candles, flowers, or the Kenyan flag to show their support.

In a display of African solidarity, thousands of students from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, marched in the streets on Monday. The event, dubbed 'The Kenya Solidarity Match', featured songs and dances performed in memory of the 147 students who lost their lives in the Garissa attacks.
