Mamelodi Sundowns' pre-season preparations have hit a roadblock following the cancellation of their highly anticipated trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo. The decision was made due to Ebola fears.
After spending time in Nelspruit and Botswana, the team was scheduled to travel to Lubumbashi, where they would have faced Congolese sides Don Bosco and Tout Puissant Mazembe.
The trip was expected to be a crucial part of Sundowns' preparations for the 2019/20 season.
