A fatal incident occurred in Kimail village, Keiyo South, involving two brothers who disagreed during a drinking session.
Felix Kipkirui allegedly attacked his elder brother, Nickson Kipkoech, at a local drinking den following a public argument.
Circumstances of the Incident ¶
According to the area AP Commander, Sammy Chandago, the brothers were drinking when a disagreement arose over a family matter.
Kipkirui reportedly left the scene, returned with a machete, and assaulted his brother.
Aftermath and Investigation ¶
The victim was initially taken to Chepkorio Dispensary and later transferred to MTRH, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Felix Kipkirui is currently being held at Kaptagat Police Station and is expected to face murder charges.
