The International Criminal Court (ICC) has terminated the case against President Uhuru Kenyatta after the Prosecutor withdrew charges against him.
According to reports, ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda dropped the charges in December of the previous year, citing insufficient evidence against President Kenyatta.
