Eddy Kenzo, the musician behind the popular song "Sitya Loss", is facing potential jail time or loss of property due to unpaid damages owed to a promoter.

A music promoter in Kampala, Henry Babona, claims that Kenzo failed to perform at two scheduled shows in Nateete and Makindye, despite being paid. Babona is demanding over Ksh 200,000 in compensation for the losses incurred.

According to the promoter, Kenzo ignored requests to pay for the losses and also failed to appear in court. The magistrate ruled in favor of the promoter, ordering Kenzo to pay Ksh 250,000 in damages. However, Kenzo has reportedly defied this order.

Henry Babona has stated that he will take further action to have Kenzo thrown in jail if the damages are not paid.
