Published on July 23, 2019, a woman in her 30s is facing murder charges after allegedly stabbing her husband to death at a bar in Elburgon, Nakuru County.
The incident occurred when the woman, who had been drinking, went to a nearby butchery and obtained a knife, which she then used to stab her husband, Benson Chege, a 33-year-old waiter at the bar.
According to the deceased's sisters, they were informed that he had been involved in a scuffle on Monday around 11pm and rushed to the scene, where they found him dead.
They immediately reported the matter to Elburgon Police Station.
