Popular Kenyan dancehall artiste Wyre and his family are grieving after the death of his father.
Wyre's dad passed away early Friday morning, November 13, 2015, after struggling with an undisclosed disease for some time.
Wyre's brother, Bobby Ngure, had hinted at the family's distress with a cryptic social media post, which read: "Dad Please Wake Up, I Promise To Be A Good Son From Now Onwards", before taking it down shortly after.
At the time, Wyre had not publicly commented on the loss.
