Bishop Ben Bahati, a prominent gospel music mentor, was involved in a fatal road accident on Monday afternoon, along the Nairobi-Eldoret road in Burnt Forest.

The bishop, who has mentored notable music stars such as Rufftone, Daddy Owen, and J Blessing, suffered minor injuries when his Toyota Prado collided with another car. He is currently admitted to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.
A friend of the bishop confirmed the news, saying,
"Never Again..Its crazy but the devil is a liar.. Bishop Ben Bahati had an accident and he is here at the hospital. Praise be to God he is showing improvement. Please pray with us"
