Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte condemned the handling of the Malaysia plane crash site, describing images of Ukraine rebels rummaging through the belongings of the deceased as 'disgusting'.
Rutte disclosed details of a 'very intense' phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which he urged Putin to demonstrate good intentions and take responsibility.
'I told him time is running out for you to show the world that you have good intentions, that you will take responsibility,' Rutte recounted. He emphasized that Putin must now exhibit his commitment by exerting his influence as expected of him.
