In his critique, Gachiri also mentions the use of multiple presenters and reporters on screen at the same time, which he finds to be too much for his 'slow brain' to process. He suggests that this format can cause auditory discomfort when multiple people speak at the same time.
Gachiri's comments appear to be directed at the likes of Lillian Muli and other prominent female TV anchors in Kenya, implying that they are often objectified and used as 'sex tools' rather than being valued for their journalistic abilities.
