The price of Celine Dion's mansion on Florida's exclusive Jupiter Island has decreased significantly since it was listed in 2013.

The current price tag stands at $45.5 million, following a series of price reductions over the three years it has been on sale. Initially, the property was listed for $72.5 million.

Celine Dion and her late husband Reneé Angélil purchased the lot in 2005 for $12.5 million and the adjacent mansion in 2008 for $7 million. The 5.5-acre property boasts views of the Atlantic Ocean, a four-bedroom guesthouse, a simulated golf range, pool house, and three separate pools.

The main house measures 10,000 square feet and features five bedrooms. Other notable amenities include two kitchens, plush seating areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony and views of the Atlantic, along with a flat-screen TV in the ceiling to maintain an unobstructed view.

  • The property includes a beautiful guest room.
  • A main pool with a fire pit.
  • An amazing view of the surrounding area.
