An experienced architect is required with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduation work experience.
The responsibilities include developing and preparing designs from preliminary concepts or sketches, as well as preparing detail drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and 3D color renders.
The selected candidate will also supervise construction progress on site.
